Being Breast Aware - Early Detection
Women in the UK have a 1 in 11 lifetime risk of developing breast cancer. Is there anything we can do to help combat that risk?
There is plenty of evidence that most breast lumps are found by women themselves and being ‘breast aware’ acts as a useful method of personal screening. We can help ourselves by following the guidelines in this booklet.
