Thank you to everyone who came along on Sunday 19th June 2011 to take part in the Hyde Park Walk! Crowds of families, friends, and even a troupe of ballerinas gathered in Hyde Park to show their support for women affected by breast cancer and raised over £40,000.

Cancerkin hosted a charity performance of ‘The Last of the Duchess’ at the Hampstead Theatre on Monday 31st October 2011, in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Star of the show, breast cancer survivor Sheila Hancock met for after show drinks with some of our supporters.The event was a huge success, raising over £12,000 towards research into lymphoedema in breast cancer patients, a common yet neglected problem that can be painful and debilitating.

Last year I joined those who were marshalls at Hyde Park.
It was fun and for such a very good reason.
I paired off with a lady from Australia and we had some real fun, beginning when we tried to redirect the serious Army runners in the opposite direction!
