Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that helps you reach a state of consciousness akin to meditation. It can be translated as ‘yogic sleep’, the body is in deep rest yet the mind remains aware. It is deeply restorative.
Please note you are only able to do either Yoga or Yoga Nidra in the same day.
The practice of yoga nidra takes you through the layers of human experience with awareness of body, breath, thoughts, and feelings helping you to reach a state of deep relaxation.
Absolutely no experience is necessary.
Everybody is warmly welcome.
Classes take place on Fridays 4pm – 5pm
